The Grief Biz is ***BIIIIIG BIZ.***

Almost anything you’re looking for (and a sh*t-ton of stuff you’re not) you’re gonna find on the internet.

While we’re happy to offer suggested resources that some folks may find useful,

PLEASE NOTE: Nothing here constitutes an ENDORSEMENT.

We have no connection to any of these sites/materials/resources—except that we, personally, found them useful. Or we’ve heard from other pet-mourners who did.

So make your own judgments about their -bilities (suita-/applica-/feasi-) for you.

***We’re not in it for the ka-ching. Don’t believe us?***

Give some thought to the kind of support that appeals to you. [Here are some ideas to prime the pump.] Then you can figure out where to start looking for it.

[Or … if you’re up for a little CA woo-woo, “put it out into the Universe” and get ready for it to magically appear.]

  • Pet loss support groups

  • Grief counselors—some specialize in pet loss

  • Veterinary websites with pet loss resources

  • Many hospices offer grief support
(sometimes they can help with pet loss)

  • A basic internet search will identify various possibilities.

BENTLEY & BEEMER throughout the site

kindly taken by a handful of friends/family because the pet parents (US!) were negligent at that kind of documentation. (But if you’ve ever tried to photograph a Weim, you might understand …]

Jim Paire got the best photo of the two, back in 2007 when Russell and I had already give up on dawg photography

Samantha Chesler-Leiman, many of the BEST individual shots

Rick Fisher, professional shots

Marc Banka, ET photos

Maury Krystel applied his Photoshop talents
